Iris is one of the flats of Villa Caterina, a fantastic villa surrounded by greenery, a stone’s throw from the historic centre and the sea!

The flat consists of a living area with sofa and TV and a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, an additional twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub, and an outdoor patio. From the entrance you have access to a spacious panoramic terrace with views of the Rocca and the sea, ideal for dining or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

The flat is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Iris guests will also have access to Villa Caterina’s garden, which is full of fruit trees and plants of all kinds. Guests can use all the common areas, the barbecue area and the relaxation area with ping pong table, sofas, trampoline and other games for the little ones.

At the Villa we have several farmyard animals, including chickens, ducks, rabbits, land turtles and goldfish.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a pizzeria, a pharmacy, a gymnasium with a tennis court and a skateboard track that is always open to the public.
