Access to the “Casa Gabriele” holiday apartment is via a private, enclosed forecourt. The front door opens into a spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. A comfortable sofa, smart TV, a large dining table and stylish design elements create an inviting feel-good atmosphere. A large glass door, which allows plenty of daylight into the room, leads out onto the terrace, which offers privacy thanks to screens. One of the shower rooms is located directly next to the living room.

A wide spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Halfway up, there is an open mezzanine level above the living area, where a comfortable beanbag invites you to relax. From the hallway on the first floor, the very bright double bedrooms with large windows open out on both sides, with the second shower room in between. One of the bedrooms has an open level (no headroom), which is accessible via a small staircase and has two single beds.

The holiday apartment is equipped with air conditioning units for cooling and heating.
